Commercial fit-outs

An empty shell, trading in weeks.

We take bare commercial space — exposed roof sheeting, no ceiling, no services — and hand back a finished interior. Suspended ceilings and bulkheads set out to carry the lighting and air-conditioning, partitioning where the layout needs it, floors and paint to match.

Common questions

Before you call us

Do you only do ceilings?
No. Ceilings and partitioning are where we started and we still do them, but most of our work now is home and commercial renovations. We run the whole job from start to finish: walls, floors, painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and custom-built features such as seating and counters. On most jobs those trades overlap, which is why we do them ourselves rather than sending you to somebody else.
My ceiling is sagging or stained — can it be patched?
Sometimes. A stain usually means water is coming in from above, so patching the board without finding the leak just buys you a few months. We look at the roof first, fix the cause, then repair or replace the affected ceiling.
Do you work on occupied offices and shops?
Yes. We can phase the work section by section or work outside trading hours so you are not closed while it happens. Tell us your hours when you request the quote.
How do I get a price?
WhatsApp a photo of the space to 074 268 3083 or fill in the quote form. Small repairs can often be priced from a photo. Anything larger needs a site visit, which we do not charge for.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Heathfield, Cape Town and work right across the greater Cape Town area. Most of our jobs are in Constantia, Plumstead, Hout Bay, Sea Point, Green Point, Fresnaye and Big Bay. If you are further out, ask — it depends on the size of the job.
